please help me to unlock my 3G dongle

IMEI: 353934037512947
hardware version: CH1E3533SM
soft version: 22.318.31.00.216
Version IU Web: 17.100.08.00.216

i tried with below code i didnt get it work

NEW ALGO CODE : 81971400
OLD ALGO CODE : 42921013
FLASH CODE : 55584194
