This model has v4 lock that is not generated from IMEI number but from nvram memory.
For start you can check for unlocking by universal AT command:
AT ^ NVWREX = 8268,0,12,1,0,0,0,2,0,0,0, A, 0,0,0
For instance in dc-unlocker program or any other terminal that will connect to modems serial port.
But it depends on firmware you have got on this device.
If it's less than xx.316.xx.xx then u can check second method - Try to put command:
AT^SFM=1
If the answer will be OK, then previous AT command will work:
AT ^ NVWREX = 8268,0,12,1,0,0,0,2,0,0,0, A, 0,0,0
Also you can set unlock code:
AT ^ SETHWLOCK = "OEM", 00000000
After that put modem in to normal work with command:
AT^SFM=0
and restart the device.
Restart may be needed also after at^sfm=1 command.
