Try at orange PL - it's very old model and they should give you code for free.
As far as i know, orange PL don't put simlocks since 2016.

Mobile was bought in 2012. I contacted whith them about a week ago, and they wrote me; in shortcut; i have to pay them 77 pln, mean 22$ or 19euro, and that's not look's fair to me, when if in France, people can do this for free... Don't You think?
