thanks but the code did not work i now have 8 try's left to go i gess after that i will have to use the reset hash code, can you please give me another code or steps on how to unlock, this is a virgin mobile dongle model E1762 and i am trying to use ALDI sim card in it the IME no is 351553037201848 thanks tom

My mistake, it's very old model and the correct unlock code is 39767555

how to enter hash code???

For instance in dc-unlocker program. When modem will be detected (press magnifying glass button) type this command at the bottom:
AT^CARDLOCK="your_code_here"
