Hello, please help me to unlock my modems Huawei E3531.
IMEI: 860556021575766
IMEI: 860556021438452
Need "version 3" I guess, because I already try with new algo code 19253566 for the first modem and didn't work.

Yes, you need v3 unlock codes for e3531s.
For 860556021575766 it will be 58479333
and for 860556021438452 it's 79101841
