Can you run it for me on my behalf or explain it more detailed because my laptop is faulty

First you need one of these drivers:
- http://www.mediafire.com/file/stmvct74h9..._win10.zip
or
- http://www.mediafire.com/file/cz1v78mxbv..._Setup.rar
Install them and restart computer.

Then the program dc-unlocker from https://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads

Run the program and press maginfying glass button to detect modem.
If detected properly then
At the end of the result paste the following:
AT^SFM=1
and press enter from the keyboard.
Note: It will put modem / router in factory mode.
If then answer is OK then put another command:
AT^RESET
It will reset the device.
Note: You can also issue the command AT^GODLOAD to put the device in download mode.

Wait one minute for modem to reset and run the program dc-unlocker again.
Now you can use calc v4 to get unlock codes:

When the program gives u code then use:
AT^CARDLOCK="your_code_here"

Or use command:
AT^NVRDEX=50503,0,128
and show me results - I will provide valid unlock code.

Or use command:
AT^NVWREX=8268,0,12,1,0,0,0,2,0,0,0,A,0,0,0
It's a universal unlock method.

At the end you have to run command:
AT^SFM=0
and then
AT^RESET
To get modem into normal operating mode.
