Access Your Modem / Router Configuration Settings

Netgear DGN220
1. Your modem must be switched on and connected to your computer (wired or wirelessly)
2. Open your internet browser and go to this address: http://10.1.1.1
3. To check your Wi-Fi password, SSID, etc. - click on the Wireless or WiFi setup menus
Most modems / routers also have this information labelled on the underside of the device

Why aren't the default password/usernames working?
If you've previously changed the username and / or password and forgotten them, you'll need to perform a factory reset of your modem / router and then use the default passwords / usernames above to have access.
Please see below for information on how to perform a factory reset.

1. Your modem must be switched on and connected to your computer (wired or wirelessly)
2. Open your internet browser and go to this address: http://10.1.1.1
3. Enter the default username (if required): admin
4. Enter the default password (if required): password
5. To check your Wi-Fi password, SSID, etc. - click on the Wireless or WiFi setup menus
