To use your Vodafone device with another network, you need a network unlock code (NUC).
For most people it's completely free – only large business and corporate users need to pay.
This form only takes a few minutes to fill in. Once you've completed it, we’ll usually unlock your device within 72 hours. if we need to check your details or contact the device manufacturer, it may take slightly longer and could be up to 10 working days in some circumstances.
Unfortunately, we can't unlock your device if you didn't buy it directly from us, for example, from Carphone Warehouse.
