It is still asking for the PUK code when I insert the SIM card.

PUK code is only valid with sim card, not with modem. Try another sim card.

I installed mobile Partner software, now it says only the specified SIM/USIM card can be used on the device.
I am sure it is not unlocked

Have you installed mobile partner program from the modem (branded by operator) or downloaded from internet ?

And show me once again info from dc-unlocker program.

its not showing signal. I downloaded a new mobile partner software, I also downloaded the one you sent me.
Both of them do not show the reception bars.
