You’ll need the correct NCK code generated from the IMEI—don’t guess, because those 10 attempts can permanently lock the modem. Since it’s STC-BH branded, the safest route is to contact a little to the left STC or use a trusted paid unlocking service that supports the B612s-25d. Also check if the firmware is customized, as some units need a firmware change before they can be unlocked.
