It's because you have tried v1 code which is for very old models. For e303 is valid v2 code.

Maybe firmware from operator blocks it. Try in dc unlocker with command:
AT^CARDLOCK="your_code_here"

I was able to unlock using an alternate program, it was the code that I typed up right there. Thanks a lot for the help
