Self-harm leading to death is a serious topic that affects millions of people worldwide.
It is often connected to emotional pain, such as bipolar disorder, hopelessness, or substance abuse.
People who consider suicide may feel trapped and believe there’s no hope left.
<a href="https://how-to-kill-yourself.com/">How to kill yourself painless</a>
We must raise awareness about this matter and support those in need.
Mental health care can make a difference, and reaching out is a necessary first step.
If you or someone you know is in crisis, don’t hesitate to get support.
You are not forgotten, and there’s always hope.
