.. , so please provide the next one if possible I am using the FMC UnLock tool and

I received from you this, but as I said it is not working

1. Before my next attempt to unlock my device, could you please provide the correct and complete procedure and any other necessary software to have good chances to succeed ?
I have seen so many variants of procedures that I'm no more sure which is the good one for my case, Huawei B683
2. Could you please explain the Flash code : 53555699, as when / what for, .. and how to use it ?
