Hi everyone,
I recently updated the firmware on my 4G mobile WiFi router, and since then, it has started asking for a request code before allowing any SIM card to connect. The device worked normally before the update, so I'm wondering if the firmware changed the lock status.
Has anyone experienced this after a firmware update? If so, is there a safe way to generate or obtain the correct request code without damaging the device? The router model is Huawei E5577Cs-321.
