This AiO does not work for the China version of Xiaomi 14 (houji) due to very tough restrictions that Xiaomi has put on unlocking the bootloader for China dedicated devices.

I'm not responsible if anything happens to your device. If you execute these AiO procedures properly then you shouldn't face any problems. Before you proceed please back up all your important data and make sure that your phone battery is charged >80%!

A. Prerequisites:

1. Install ADB and Fastboot tools with drivers on Windows

Download the latest 15 Seconds ADB Installer from here:

a. Download and unzip the latest version
b. Open the file and run it as administrator
c. Press Y (Yes) to install ADB and Fastboot
d. Press Y (Yes) to install ADB system-wide
e. Press Y (Yes) to install the drivers
f. Complete the driver installation

Restart your computer.

2. Enable "OEM unlocking" and "USB debugging" in your device

a. Enable Developer Options in: Settings/About Phone/OS version. Click on it 7 or 8 times
b. Now go to: Settings/Additional Settings/Developer Options and check "OEM unlocking" and "USB debugging"

3. Create a Mi Account

If you don’t have a Mi Account, then create one here: https://account.xiaomi.com

4. Apply for permission to unlock the bootloader

Go to your Xiaomi Community App, sign in with the same Mi Account you want to add to your device and apply for permission to unlock the bootloader.

+ Open Xiaomi Community App, go to “Me” then “Set Up” then “Change Region” to Global
+ Go to “Me” then “Unlock Bootloader” then “Apply for Unlocking”

If you don’t see “Unlock Bootloader”, update Xiaomi Community App to the latest version and you’ll see it.

5. Connect your Mi Account to your device

Go to: Settings/Additional Settings/Developer Options/Mi Unlock status and check "Add account and device"

6. Some Additional Information before unlocking the Bootloader:

+ You can unlock your bootloader only if your Xiaomi account is older than 30 days.
+ You can unlock the bootloader of max 3 smartphones per year with your Xiaomi account.

B: Unlock The Bootloader

Attention: Unlocking the bootloader will erase all your data! So please back up your data before you unlock the bootloader!

1. You must enable "OEM unlocking" and "USB debugging" as per point A.2.
2. You must connect your Mi Account with your device as per point A.5.
3. Download Mi Unlock Tool here: https://en.miui.com/unlock/index.html
4. Enter the fastboot mode by holding together "Volume Down + Power" and connect your device to your computer via USB cable (best would be the original cable)
5. Start the Mi Unlock Tool
6. Enter your eMail and your password of your Mi Account (the same account which you added to your device - Point A.5.)
7. Connect you device to your computer and start the unlock procedure
8. Follow the unlock tool instructions until the unlock procedure is finished
9. Reboot your device

If you want to keep your original HyperOS Rom but want to root your device then continue to point C.

If you want to install an alternative Rom,

+ Xiaomi.EU Rom then please skip point C and continue to point D.+ LineageOS, Evolution X etc. then please skip points C, D, E and continue to point F and then point G.

C: Root Your HyperOS ROM without TWRP

1. Your Bootloader must be unlocked (see Point B).
2. You must enable "OEM unlocking" and "USB debugging" as per point A.2.
3. Download the fastboot ROM (the same ROM which is currently installed in your device) from here: https://mifirm.net/model/houji.ttt and unzip it.
4. Open the file and extract the "init_boot.img" on to your computer.
5. Transfer the “init_boot.img” from your computer on to your device.
6. Download the latest Magisk manager App from here: https://github.com/topjohnwu/Magisk and install it on to your device.
7. Open Magisk App and click install, and then "select and patch a file" (of course you select “init_boot.img”).
8. Transfer the patched init_boot.img file from your device’s download folder on to the “ADB and Fastboot” folder in your computer. In the computer rename the patched file into: “patched_boot.img”.
9. Switch off your device. Now enter the fastboot mode by holding together "Volume Down + Power" and connect your device to your computer.
10. Check if your computer recognizes your device. Go to “ADB and Fastboot” folder and enter the terminal command in command line: >>fastboot devices<< and hit enter. You should see your device now. If not, then please recheck if you have installed the drivers properly.
11. If you see your device then write the terminal command in command line: >>fastboot flash init_boot patched_boot.img<< and hit enter. Then write the terminal command in command line >>fastboot reboot<<. Now the device will restart.

Attention your device is now only temporary rooted, so don’t restart your device again just yet. Find Magisk app in your device, open it, click “install” and then check “direct install”, then press “let’s go”. Magisk will now install and make the root permanent. Now click “reboot” and the device will restart.

D: Install A Xiaomi.EU ROM

1. Your Bootloader must be unlocked (see Point B)
2. You must enable "OEM unlocking" and "USB debugging" as per point A.2.
3. Download and put onto your computer the Xiaomi.eu ROM (please select houji) from here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/xi...xiaomi.eu/HyperOS-STABLE-RELEASES/HyperOS1.0/ and unzip it.
4. Switch off your device. Now enter the fastboot mode by holding together "Volume Down + Power" and connect your device to your computer.
5. In your computer (in the Xiaomi.eu ROM folder) please click the file: “windows_fastboot_first_install_with_data_format.bat" (if you’re using windows, or press the proper file if you’re using mac or linux) and the computer will do the rest. When finished, your device will restart.

E: Root Your Xiaomi.EU ROM without TWRP

1. Your Bootloader must be unlocked (see Point B).
2. You must enable "OEM unlocking" and "USB debugging" as per point A.2.
3. Download the fastboot ROM (the same ROM which is currently installed in your device) from here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/xi...xiaomi.eu/HyperOS-STABLE-RELEASES/HyperOS1.0/ and unzip it.
4. Open the file and extract the "init_boot.img" on to your computer.
5. Transfer the “init_boot.img” from your computer on to your device.
6. Download the latest Magisk manager App from here: https://github.com/topjohnwu/Magisk and install it on to your device.

e. In your computer (in the folder where you have put your ROM) please click the file:

+ “flash_all.bat" (if you want to make a clean install but keep the bootloader unlocked).
+ “flash_all_except_storage" (if you want to make a clean install but keep your data and maintain the bootloader unlocked).
+ “flash_all_lock" (if you want to make a clean install and lock the bootloader).

In all three cases when flashing is finished, restart your device.

If this method doesn’t work then try method no. 2:

f. Unzip the file and open and run as administrator the “XiaoMiFlash.exe”
g. Press “select” and look for the unzipped ROM. Before you press “flash” look at the bottom right there are 3 choices: “clean all”, “save user data” and “clean all and lock” (the last one, as the name suggests, will lock your bootloader), when you choose the one you prefer then press “flash. The flashing tool will do the rest.

Some changes on volume settings

Before update EMUI 11, the ring-shaped icon that was present at the top of the volume bar allows for switching between Vibration, Silent, and Sound modes. When switching from Silent mode to Sound mode, two volume bars would appear, for adjusting the media and ringtone volumes respectively.

After update EMUI 11, to prevent possible misoperations, the ring-shaped icon has been removed in the new version. From the displayed volume bar, you can drag the slider to adjust the media volume and touch the gear-shaped icon to go to the related setting screen.
Besides, when you keep pressing the Volume up or down key, the volume bar no longer shows the speaker or sound settings icon.
You can switch to Sound mode using either of the following methods:
1. Swipe down from the status bar to open the notification panel, and touch the volume setting shortcut.
2. Touch the gear-shaped icon in the displayed volume bar to go to the Sounds & vibration setting screen.

Here is the Guide for TWRP Flashing and Rooting your POCO X3 / NFC (karna/surya).

Requirements

1. PC
2. Fastboot Drivers
3. Unlocked Bootloader
4. Flashing TWRP Toolkit
5. Magisk Flashable File

Steps For Flashing TWRP
1. Download the file provided at the end of the thread.
2. Boot the device into Fastboot mode (in power off state press power button + volume down button).
3. Connect the device to the Computer.
4. Open the downloaded folder and run the file "Flash.bat".
5. Then press any key to continue.

6. The Device will automatically boot into TWRP, indicating that you have sucessfully Flashed TWRP.

Steps For Rooting
1. Download and place the Magisk zip fiile into the device.
2. Boot the Device into TWRP Recovery (in power off state press power button + volume up button).
3. Select the option of 'Install' and then locate the directory where you have placed the Magisk file and select it.
4. Flash Magisk file by swipe the arrow loacted at the bottom.
5. When the flashing is completed click on 'Reboot System'.
6. After the phone has booted successfully install Magisk.apk

These are some of the reasons that lead you to want to perform a reset, format, hard reset or factory reset of your Beeline Pro 3:

Is it safe to do a hard reset or format?
Before doing a hard reset or formatting you should know that all the data and configuration of your Beeline Pro 3 will be erased and will be back as it came from the factory.

The realme 5 Pro is among the two recent realme smartphones running the ColorOS 6.0 and if you’ve just bought the phone, these top 10 tips and tricks and hidden features will let you make the most out of your realme 5 Pro. Take a look.

1) Take Three-Finger Screenshots
One of the coolest things you can do on the realme 5 Pro is to take screenshots with gestures. Apart from the traditional Power + Volume Down keys, you can capture the screen with your three fingers without pressing any of the buttons. This is also the quickest way on the phone to capture the screenshot with a gesture. If you didn’t know that, well, now you do.

Turn on the feature Three-Finger Screenshot under the Settings -> Convenience Aid -> Gesture & Motion.

2) Running Dual Apps Of Same Kind (Two WhatsApps, Instagram…)
With a huge number of dual SIM smartphones in India, people who are running two WhatsApps under different numbers end up using two different devices. WhatsApp doesn’t allow you to keep multiple accounts on the same device unless your phone supports some kind of dual apps features.
To overcome this, the ColorOS has a nice addition to the realme 5 Pro which lets you create a clone of the apps you want to use under different accounts.

When Clone Apps is turned on, a new copy of the app will be generated on the homescreen. Both, the clone app and the original app can be run simultaneously without affecting each other.

3) Record Screen Activity
Recoding screens are now easier, thanks to the ColorOS which lets you record the screen with one tap. Want to record screen activity, a video or chat or gameplay? Just try this screen recording feature that will capture a short video of the screen and save it to the gallery so that you can share it with your friends.
Sometimes the stories on the Snapchat, Instagram and other social apps disappear, hence, this feature is also useful for those who want to capture the stories.
To record the screen, bring the notification panel from the top and tap the icon ‘Start Screen Recording‘ to start the screen. Once the screen activity is recorded, a video file will be saved in the gallery. You will be prompted with instructions, follow them and start recording.

4) Display Battery Percentage In Notification Bar
Searching for the battery percentage in the status bar? For those who have just bought the realme 5 Pro, let me tell you, the realme 5 Pro doesn’t show battery percentage in the status bar by default, and that’s with every other Android smartphone we know. That said, you need to manually enter the battery settings and turn it on to see the percentage.
It’s definitely a no brainer and many of you know how to get it done, however, those who are new to the realme smartphones and can’t figure it out, here’s what you need to do to.

Go to the Settings -> Notification & Status Bar and enable the Battery Percentage slider.

5) Show Real-Time Network Speed

The floating ball can be dragged anywhere wherever is suitable for you. How does it help to navigate? The Assistive Ball lets you go back, go to Home screen, and switch to recent apps just as the navigation works. Also added is a shortcut to screenshot and a shortcut to lock the screen all that can be customized in the Assistive Ball settings.
There are two options,

Gesture Operations – tap to go back, tap and hold for Home Screen, and double-tap for recent apps
Tap menu – Tapping the assistive ball shows you the options

Head to the phone settings to get the Floating Assistive Ball – Settings -> Convenience Aid -> Assistive Ball.

8) Smart Sidebar
Similar to the floating ball, the Smart Sidebar opens a group of handy shortcuts like taking screenshots, record screen, silent notifications, as well as, a shortcut to camera and apps. If you’ve been familiar with the three-finger screenshot, this works in a reverse gesture. Running multiple apps at the same isn’t far from a single swipe, all you need is a three-finger swipe upwards on the screen (knowing that swiping downwards will take a screenshot).

13) Check Free RAM
