T26 Emergency Mode problem

The Emergency Mode is avaiable when the internal RTC Battery is a little bit discharged.
So please do the following steps:

The T26 should be connected via PoE at least for min. 3-6h.
Set the date&time to the current dates -> Save the settings permanently
Disconnect the PoE Connection to the T26 and restart it

Then you should be able to see the Liveimage and you can start an Autoconfiguration.

Remote điều khiển cổng tự động FAAC có hai loại 2 kênh và 4 kênh khác nhau, mỗi kênh tương ứng số nút điều khiển, có hai loại remote đó là remote chính và remote phụ.
Để cài đặt thêm remote FAAC cho nó bạn cần phải sử dụng máy chính và cài đặt cho cái phụ.

Cách nhận biết điều khiển FAAC chính hay FAAC phụ.

Remote chính – nếu bạn nhấn bất cứ phím nào trên bộ điều khiển đèn LED sẽ tắt trước khi nó ổn định.
Remote phụ – nếu bạn nhấn bất cứ phím nào thì đèn LED sáng ngay lập tức với ánh sáng ổn định.

Sự khác nhau giữa remote điều khiển chính và remote điều khiển phụ của FAAC

Remote chính có thể chuyển mã của nó thành mã dữ liệu của mình để giải mã thẻ / máy thu RP và cho các điều khiển khác.
Remote phụ không thể chuyển mã hệ thống của nó và không thể được sao chép hoặc sử dụng cho các hệ thống mã hóa. Có thể học được mã hệ thống của người dùng từ điều khiển chính.

Setting up calls between 2N® Indoor Touch 2.0 and 2N IP intercoms

Hello and welcome to this video tutorial describing how to set up calls between 2N Indoor Touch 2.0 and 2N IP intercoms.
Let's start with configuring the intercom.

Go to Directory, and create a new user.
Name the user and fill in a phone number in the following format: device:device_name, for example device:garage
Optionally, in Services - Phone - SIP 1, you can change the Domain to reflect your network gateway.
Then go to Calls and adjust the Local Call Receiving Mode.
And the last step here is to go to Hardware - Buttons and assign the user we created to a button.
Now, let's configure the Indoor Touch.
Go to Intercoms - Settings - General Settings and enter the Device Name to match what you had entered into the Phone Number field in the intercom.
In Devices, tap the + button to add the intercoms you'd like to see in the Indoor Touch.
From here you can view camera feeds, call the intercoms and activate switches.
When you call the Indoor Touch, you see a video preview before you pick up. This means you can decide whether to pick up and open the door, or not.

Scenario

Akuvox IP scanner is a useful PC-based tool applied in a situation where you want to Interact with the device remotely. The IP scanner allows you to search the device IP address(es) by which you can perform targeted device reboot, reset, network setting update, and device web interface access efficiently at one stop without having to work on the device on-site.

Operation Instruction
Prior to the Installation
Make sure that firewall in your PC is turned off.

Operation Procedure
Installation:
Double-click on IP scanner “setup.exe” file.
Go through the installation process until you finish the installation.
Search Device IP address:
Search the device IP address by MAC address, Model, Room Number, Firmware version according to your need.
Click on Search, and click refresh if you want to update the changes of the devices.
Click on Export if you want to export the device information.

Remote Interaction with Device:
After the IP address is searched, you can perform targeted device reboot, reset, network setting update, and device web interface access.
Click on the specific IP address of the device.
Click the right side of the IP scanner interface.

3. Change the DHCP or Static IP network, then click on Update if you want to change the network setting.

4. Enter the Username and password of the device web interface, then click on Browser if you want to access the device web interface remotely.

5. Click on Reboot if you want to reboot the device.

6. Click on Reset if you want to reset the device.

Loading a Custom Sound File Mobotix Camera, SIP phone

Custom sound file can be played by the camera as announcements or bell sounds. There are 3 different ways to load such files on the camera:

By recording the audio with the camera’s microphone
By recording the audio through a SIP phone
By uploading a file from your local computer
Recording sound with the camera’s microphone

1./ Go to the page Admin Menu > Manage Audio Messages

2./ From the “Message Duration” drop down menu select the duration of the message (2-20 seconds) and press “Record”

3./ Talk to the camera’s microphone to record the audio clip.

NOTE: During the recording the camera’s buttons will blink simultaneously. The recording will be automatically terminated when the timer expires.

4./ If you wish to listen to the recorded audio you can click on “Play” button.

5./ If the audio is fine you can store the file on the camera: give it a name and press the “Store” button. If you want to discard the file and record a new one press “Cancel”.

Recording sound through a SIP Phone

1. Go to the page Admin Menu > Manage Audio Messages

2. Select the Outgoing Call Profiles you want to use to receive a call from the camera and record your voice. From the “Message Duration” drop down menu select the duration of the message (2-20 seconds) and press “Call & Record”

3. Talk on the phone to record the audio.
NOTE: The call will be automatically terminated when the timer expires.

4. If you wish to listen to the recorded audio you can click on “Play” button.

5. If the audio is fine you can store the file on the camera: give it a name and press the “Store” button. If you want to discard the file and record a new one press “Cancel”.

If you already have a sound file you need to convert it and upload it on the camera.
Uploading a file from the local computer
MOBOTIX cameras support the OPUS, WAV and AL formats. Opus encoding is a file format for lossy compression of audio data with the lowest possible latency. This format is ideally suited for real-time applications on the Internet and covers the entire range of human hearing. The camera expects an opus audio file with one channel (mono) and a frequency range of 16 kHz.

1. The easiest way to convert your files to Opus format is to use the following online service: http://audio.onlineconvert.com/convert-to-opus 36. Select the file you want to convert by pressing the “Browse” button then set the option as follows: 128 Kbps, 16000 Hz, mono. Press “Convert file” to start the conversion.

2. The conversion should take only a few seconds. Save the file to your computer.

3. Go to the page Admin Menu > Manage Audio Messages
4. Select “.opus (Opus audio file, mono, 16KHz)” from the “File Type” drop down menu. Press “Browse”, locate the converted file and press ok. Click on “Upload” to transfer the file to the camera.

5. Now you can playback the file to check the result. Press “Play” to play it through the camera’s loudspeaker or select the Outgoing Call Profile and click on “Call and Play” to play it through a phone.

An application-programming interface (API) is a set of programming instructions and standards for accessing a software application or Web tool. An API is a software-to-software interface, not a user interface. With APIs, applications talk to each other without any user knowledge or intervention.
MOBOTIX HTTP API
The HTTP API (Application Programming Interface) is a software interface to the camera and allows to conveniently integrate the camera into a centralized management system. The interface consists of several CGI scripts that can be called with parameters and values using HTTP commands. By means of these scripts, you can modify the settings of the dialogs in Setup Menu and execute certain camera functions.
Most common uses

Modification of the configuration: recordings, events, actions, etc.
Modification of the image settings: exposure, image quality, image resolution, etc.

MxDisplay software doe not support automatic reboot of the device.
In some cases, such a reboot might be usefull. A workaround is to have the camera send a HTTP-API request.

The HTTP-API command is

http://Ip of the MxDisplay/do_reboot.cgi?reboot=yes

This can be done in two steps in the cameras web-interface.

1. Create a new ip notify profile

Open “Admin Menu=>Transfer Profiles=>Ip Notify Profiles” and add a new profile.

IP Notify Type: Custom Configuration
Name of the profile: e.g “RebootDisplay”
Destination Address: Ip Address of the MxDisplay:80
Data Protocol: HTTP/1.0-Request
CGI-Path: /do_reboot-cgi
HTTP Authentication: admin:password (for MxDisplay web-interface)
Message: reboot=yes
Keep any parameters not mentioned above at default.

2. Create a job in time tasks

Open “Admin Menu=>Camera Administration=>Time Tasks”
In “Select task…” select your notification profile. (IP Notify “RebootDisplay” if you followed the above example)
Define the time or interval for this task, the online help “?”-Icon on top left or http:///help/help?timetasks explains how to.
Store settings by clicking “Set” and “Close”.

To test your new profile, open “Admin Menu=>Network Setup=>Test Current Network Configuration”.
From here you can start transfer of the ip notify profile manually and check if the MxDisplay reboots.
