A certain operator decided that, although my contract reached it's limit and I'm no longer forced to use their network, they "Can't provide unlock codes for 3g/4g modems". I already tried some codes that I got online, but they don't work.

Could someone please help me out?

Thank you very much. The R205 unlocked with V2.

The R216-Z didn't unlock with any of the codes. It only has 2 tries left (it had 5 and the R205 had 10). I'm afraid of bricking it but are there any other codes that can be tried? Do I need to flash to a specific firmware?

Can the flash code be used to reset the unlocking attempts?
