Seeking help for Unlocking Huawei B310s-927 Router

I have Huawei B310s-927 Router as per details hereunder.

Device: Huawei LTE Router B310s-927
ISP: Idea (India)
IMEI: 869341022109670
IMSI : Unknown
Hardware: WL1B310TM
Software: 21.313.03.00.356
Web UI: 17.100.09.00.03

Upon my trying to unlock the Device, the WebUI displayed "SIMLOCK CODE: Attempts Left: 0", which, according to a website, means the Device is permanently locked and can't ever be unlocked.

However, googling helped me find Unlock Code: 62486102 and Flash Code: 52201663 (source: texby) and then I found the Flash Code: 52201663, v1 Code: 62486102, v2 Code: 47901385 & v201 Code: 44390084 (source: calc.gmss.ru).

I would like to know if this B310s-927 Router can be successfully unlocked and if these Codes perfectly correct.

If the Router can be unlocked, I request esteemed Experts here to outline the step-by-step procedure for unlocking since this would be the first of 4-5 devices I need to use. If the above Codes are incorrect, please provide me the correct Codes. Thanks.

Only flashcode is good for this model, since it has v4 lock.
You need to download program dc-unlocker, install huawei datacard drivers, connect router by usb cable to computer and run the program dc-unlocker. Press magnifying glass button to detect modem.
If router will be found then type commands:
AT^SFM=1
AT^RESET
wait for device to reboot
then go back to program and type:
AT ^ NVWREX = 8268,0,12,1,0,0,0,2,0,0,0, A, 0,0,0
AT^SFM=0
AT^RESET

Do I need to solder the USB on the PCB in order to connect the PC to the Router?

You don't have normal usb port on it ?

ok, I forgot that this model doesn't have usb port.
But there's other method to get to the AT commands - you need 2 programs: e5186 toolbox and putty.
