Can you please also tell me if it's possible to use AT^CARDLOCK="xxx" (or some other AT command) to unlock it instead of some windows software?

Thank you, that worked with AT^CARDLOCK flawlessly. BTW, the device in question was actually e320d, the lsusb database wasn't accurate.
