When I wanted to update run firmware 21.180.99.11.00 it gave me error 19 and couldn't complete the update.

My device is on currently on version: 21.318.01.00.200
Web ui version:17.100.14.05.200

What can I do ???

New firmware, maybe blocked for older ones.
Try typing in dc-unlocker command:
At ^ nvwrex = 8268,0,12,1,0,0,0,2,0,0,0, a, 0,0,0
It's a unviersal unlocking method - probably won't work but give it a try.
You can also try command:
AT^SFM=1
And if the answer will be OK, then change firmware.

Sorry, don't have any easy version of unlocking this firmware yet.
There is one method but you have to dismantle the device to run service mode. But it's in beta mode for this model and I don't recommend to do it.
