An Optus network unlock request can be submitted through our online form. We can only remove a network lock from devices sold by Optus that are locked to our mobile network.

Note: Your Optus handset may not be compatible with other networks. Check your device manual or manufacturer website, and your intended provider's network, before requesting your device to be unlocked.
- Have your IMEI number ready (Press *#06# on your mobile)
- Have a credit card ready for payment if required
