I need the unlock code huawei E303c lmei:867360015575376. It is not 60621690 already tried and gave error.

It's because you have tried v1 code which is for very old models. For e303 is valid v2 code.

Maybe firmware from operator blocks it. Try in dc unlocker with command:
AT^CARDLOCK="your_code_here"

I was able to unlock using an alternate program, it was the code that I typed up right there. Thanks a lot for the help
